Prevention of UV-induced skin cancer in mice by gamma oryzanol-loaded nanoethosomes

Skin cancer is the most widespread worldwide, mainly caused by exposure to ultraviolet radiation (UV) in sunlight. Utilizing topical preventive agents routinely daily used cosmetics may prevent UV-related skin damages and cancers. ?-Oryzanol (GO) a natural component derived from rice bran oil, with potential antioxidant anti-aging properties. We biologically thorough studied anticancer effects of GO vitro found effective signaling pathways, then evaluated sun protection factor prepared formulation, finally investigated long-term GO-loaded nanoethosomes (GO-NEs) against UVB-induced mice. GO-NEs could effectively cancer. Our results suggest that be utilized as an innovative ingredient cosmetics.
